HCI is your Eastern Shore Connection to disability resources. We can help you find solutions to many every day challenges of independent living through accessing local, state and national networks and organizations

Information and Referral Services are available to persons with disabilities, their family memebers, service providers, business and the community in general.

As one of it's "core" services, HCI offers one-stop comprehensive information and referral regarding disability-related issues, resources and services.

Goals

To provide information and referral on disaability-related issues and community-based living.
To assist persons with disabilities to indentify resources to meet their needs.
To research, identify and maintain accurate, comprehensive informatin and referral sources for persons seeking this information.
The purpose of the Information and Referral Program is to provide disability-related, community-based resources.
